The Cortina Method (TCM)

Join us for a week of impactful healing and workshops designed for couples to resolve traumas, calm your nervous system, enhance communication & conflict resolution, and more.

Each person attending will receive healing visits in the highly acclaimed The Cortina Method (TCM) delivered by Trauma Resolution Expert Michael Cortina and his team. TCM is designed to heal PTS, Guilt, Anger, Fear, Physical Pain, Limiting Beliefs and more.

Couples will learn:
Effective communication
Verbal and nonverbal cues
Power of listening
Saying what you mean
Importance of asking questions

Space is limited with room for only 5 couples (10 participants). Lodging, meals and activities are provided at no cost to participants. A registration fee of $50 for each participant will be refuned one week after the completion of the retreat. You must arrange for your own transportation to the Genesis Spiritual Life & Conference Center in Westfield, MA.

The first step towards attending a retreat is to complete this application with submittal of your DD214. Please note that submitting this application does not guarantee a spot. A phone interview with an PNHINC team member is required for confirmation of attendance. Priority is given to Military and Veterans who have not attended a prior retreat.

A $50 deposit is required to start this process. If selected, this $50 holds your spot and is refunded upon completion of the retreat. If the decision is made that you are not selected for the retreat, your $50 will be refunded at that time.
