The first step towards attending a retreat is to complete this application with submittal of your DD214. Please note that submitting this application does not guarantee a spot. A phone interview with a PNH Inc team member is required for confirmation of attendance. Priority is given to Military and Veteran Caregivers who have not attended a prior retreat.

A $50 deposit is required to start this process. If selected, this $50 holds your spot and is refunded upon completion of the retreat. If the decision is made that you are not selected for the retreat, your $50 will be refunded at that time.
